A sweet spreadable cream in which more than half is finely ground blanched almonds, complemented by white chocolate and coloured by nothing but Japanese matcha. A vividly green cream with a soft, sweet taste and the unmistakable character of green tea — a product with strong gift and impulse-purchase potential.

Blanched ground almonds make up 53.5 % of the recipe. Together with white chocolate and skimmed milk powder they create a dense, smooth texture that spreads easily and never overpowers the matcha.
