    Business terms and worldwide shipping

    Our B2B partnership is built on transparency and fairness. Below we summarise the key terms that apply to all our partners inside the European Union and beyond.

    ✅ Sales to business entities

    Within the EU we sell only to entities registered for VAT – a valid VAT ID is required at registration. Customers from countries outside the EU trade with us on the basis of their company registration.

    🌍 Worldwide shipping

    We deliver to all EU countries as well as to countries outside the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated from the weight of the shipment and the destination country.

    📦 Taking over the goods

    From the moment the shipment is accepted, responsibility for the goods (damage, storage, handling) passes to the customer in accordance with our terms and conditions.

    🖼 Artwork files

    The customer is responsible for the content and correctness of the artwork supplied. Technical verification is free of charge; adjustments are offered on request for an additional fee.

    Shipments outside the EU: we arrange dispatch of the shipment, but all customs documentation and payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
    Please note: We do not verify statutory packaging requirements (mandatory texts, language versions). Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the destination country is the customer’s responsibility.
