Each sample is a 50 g pack: enough to brew repeatedly, compare grades side by side and decide which one fits your menu and your price point.
What to compare: Colour of the dry powder, aroma after whisking, body and the level of astringency. The difference between grades is easiest to see when you prepare two of them next to each other.
