- Pour 200–300 ml of water (cold or up to 70 °C) into a shaker or sealable bottle

What is LMW collagen?
LMW (Low Molecular Weight) collagen is a low-molecular-weight hydrolysed bovine collagen manufactured by Viscofan under the COLLinstant ultra active +® brand, with a molecular weight distribution of ≤ 1000 Da. It is rich in bioactive peptides — the building blocks of collagen — and thanks to their small molecular size they are highly bioavailable.
Ordinary collagen typically requires around 10 g per day. This ultra-active LMW hydrolysate works effectively from just 2.5 g per day. Supplied as an ivory-white agglomerated powder with ≥ 95 % protein in dry matter, it is free from additives, preservatives, allergens and GMOs.

Clinical study
The effect of low-molecular-weight COLLinstant® collagen was tested in a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study on 80 women aged 30–60.
After 6 weeks at 2.5 g per day, the study group showed reduced wrinkles, increased skin hydration (particularly around the eyes) and a mild improvement in skin elasticity, with high satisfaction among both volunteers and physicians.
