When you purchase from us, we process the billing data you provide: name, surname, company details, address, e-mail, phone number, VAT ID (if applicable).
Purpose: to fulfil the contract (delivery of goods, communication about orders, complaints) and to meet legal obligations (accounting, taxes).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation.
Retention period: during the performance of the contract and subsequently 10 years according to tax and accounting regulations.
C. Newsletters
If you are our customer and did not opt out at the time of purchase, we may use your e-mail address to send you our newsletters.
Legal basis: Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. (Czech law on information society services).
