Our Services
Our Services
Kyosun combines Japanese tea know‑how with lean manufacturing and a disciplined quality system. We manage the entire chain: raw material & batch verification → branding & pre‑press → packaging → compliance documentation → predictable dispatch. The result is a product your brand can stand behind long‑term.
Matcha & tea know‑how
We work with tencha and the traditional process (shading, gentle steaming, stone‑milling). Each batch is tested for pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology (incl. E. coli) and PAHs. Sensory verification keeps the flavour, colour and aroma profile consistent.
Brand building
We build brands on strategy and disciplined execution. We prepare visual identity and packaging communication (claims, information hierarchy) including a concise brand set for consistent use.
Artwork & pre‑press
Files are prepared for production: correct colour management (CMYK with profile), safe areas and technical marks. A thorough pre‑press check reduces print risks.
Food packaging
We primarily process matcha and teas; we also handle herbs, spices, superfoods, cereals, snacks, proteins and supplements. Special materials and finishes are scoped individually.
Quality & compliance
Quality is a managed process: verified inputs → lab protocols → market‑entry documents. We align lab numbers with sensory and visual results so the product performs as specified.
Logistics & project
We plan capacities and timelines, secure storage (incl. chilled/frozen where relevant), assemble products and ensure on‑schedule dispatch with transparent order status.
