Matcha & tea know‑how

🌾 Origin: Japan 🧪 Control: lab + sensory 🔗 Traceability: 100%

We work with tencha and the traditional process (shading, gentle steaming, stone‑milling). Each batch is tested for pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology (incl. E. coli) and PAHs. Sensory verification keeps the flavour, colour and aroma profile consistent.

Brand building

🎯 Strategy: clear positioning 🎨 Identity: logo, colours, type 🧩 Packaging: line architecture

We build brands on strategy and disciplined execution. We prepare visual identity and packaging communication (claims, information hierarchy) including a concise brand set for consistent use.

Artwork & pre‑press

📐 Format: 1:1, 2–3 mm bleed 🖨️ PDF/X‑4: 300 dpi 🔤 Text: outlined fonts

Files are prepared for production: correct colour management (CMYK with profile), safe areas and technical marks. A thorough pre‑press check reduces print risks.

Food packaging

📦 Formats: doypack, stick, tin… ⚙️ Tech: VFFS/HFFS, labelling 🧰 QC: metal detector, scales

We primarily process matcha and teas; we also handle herbs, spices, superfoods, cereals, snacks, proteins and supplements. Special materials and finishes are scoped individually.

Quality & compliance

🛡️ Certificates: NIPH/SZÚ, Organic, HACCP 🧪 Labs: accredited (e.g., ALS) 📑 Audit: batch protocols

Quality is a managed process: verified inputs → lab protocols → market‑entry documents. We align lab numbers with sensory and visual results so the product performs as specified.

Logistics & project

🏭 Storage: controlled conditions 📦 Kitting: B2B/B2C 🚚 EU distribution: predictable

We plan capacities and timelines, secure storage (incl. chilled/frozen where relevant), assemble products and ensure on‑schedule dispatch with transparent order status.
