Quick answers to questions about origin, quality and testing, artwork and branding, packaging, orders and logistics, and payments. Everything you need in one place.

Origin & Range

Where does your matcha come from?
Exclusively from Japan — typically from the Shizuoka, Aichi and Kagoshima regions. We maintain full batch traceability and protocol records.
What quality grades do you offer?
We offer five grades: B+, B++, A+, A++, A+++.
  • B+/B++ — culinary and barista use.
  • A+ — higher barista quality.
  • A++ — premium quality for drinking and tasting.
  • A+++ — ceremonial top grade.
Do you also offer conventional (non-organic) matcha?
Yes. Alongside organic (EU Organic, JAS), we also supply conventional matcha — labels always clearly indicate the type.
Can I request samples?
Yes — in the Samples category you can choose trial packs of our products.

Quality & Testing

What tests do you perform on each batch?
Every batch is tested for pesticides, heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, As), microbiology (E. coli, yeasts and moulds, total plate count) and PAH. For selected lines, NIPH issues a health certificate.
Do you provide Organic/JAS certificates?
Yes. Depending on the product, we provide EU Organic (and JAS where applicable). For B2B partners, we can supply a complete audit package (NIPH/Organic/HACCP/ALS).
Can I obtain lab reports for a specific batch?
Yes — we archive reports by batch for immediate release. Upon request, we will send both a summary and the full PDF.

Artwork & Branding

How should I prepare print files?
Ideally PDF/X-4, scale 1:1, 300 dpi, 2–3 mm bleed, fonts converted to outlines. Templates and the "Print File Guide" are available in each product detail.

For 30 g tins, we provide a basic label template from 100 pcs free of charge.

Can you adjust my artwork?
Yes — from minor prepress adjustments to complete design (based on your brand book or created from scratch).
Can you create a complete brand?
Yes — logo, colours, typography, labels, mini brand guide. Includes up to 3 rounds of feedback; scope is quoted based on your brief.
Who is responsible for legal texts on labels?
The customer. We check technical prepress compliance before printing and can advise on labelling best practices.

Packaging

Do you offer eco-friendly pouches?
Yes — fully recyclable doypack pouches and 2 g sachets (BOPP). Details and MOQ are listed on the product pages.
What formats do you supply?
Standard formats are doypacks 30–1000 g and 30 g tins. Other options (pouches, full-colour printing, special materials) are available upon request.

What are the lead times?
  • Doypack with label: 14–21 days
  • Printed doypacks: 30–40 days
  • Tins with label: ~4 weeks
  • Sachets (stick/2 g): 6–8 weeks
