Bio Matcha Tea latte is a ready-made instant mix for preparing a smooth matcha latte without complicated flavouring or barista skills. Just shake the mix with water and in a few seconds you have a creamy drink with authentic Japanese matcha. The product is packed in a practical 5 kg bag, ideal for foodservice, cafés and beverage manufacturers.

The mix combines finely ground green tea matcha, organic cane sugar and organic skimmed milk powder. The result is a delicately sweet taste where the natural flavour of matcha meets milky creaminess. The drink is perfect as a start to the working day or as an afternoon break.

✔ Matcha energy without crashes

Matcha contains theophylline, which releases energy gradually over 3–6 hours, without sudden crashes like with regular coffee. Together with amino acids from the tea it supports:

Recommended daily matcha intake

The recommended daily intake of matcha tea for an adult is 4–6 g of matcha per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children should limit consumption to about 2 g of matcha per day.

How to prepare Bio Matcha Tea latte

Quick preparation in a few steps:

  • Put 1 tablespoon of the mix into a shaker or other closable bottle.
  • Add 200 ml of cold or hot water (max. 70 °C).
  • Shake well until the mix is completely dissolved.
  • Serve immediately – add ice or whip to a thicker foam if desired.

Ingredients and allergens

Ingredients: organic cane sugar, organic skimmed milk powder, organic rice syrup powder, organic ground green tea matcha (5.7 %), natural flavouring, thickener: xanthan gum, anti-caking agent: potassium tartrates.

Allergens: contains milk powder and lactose. Does not contain gluten or palm oil.

Storage and shelf life

After each use make sure the bag is properly closed. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life of the product is 24 months.
