Printing guidelines & material – Kyosun Matcha

We have prepared a clear overview for your designers: printing data requirements, barrier laminate parameters, and an important benefit: recyclable packaging.

Preparation of print data

Prepare data at 1:1 scale with a minimum bleed of 2 mm.
Separate layers: graphics, cut-out, white-underprint.
Bitmap resolution at least 300 DPI.
Colors: CMYK (ISO Coated v2), max. ink coverage 280 %.
Cutting tolerance ±1.5 mm; safe distance of texts minimum 2 mm.
